Essay On Science In Everyday Life

In a large number of societies, inventions are created to enhance the quality of life or to improve others. In modern-day society, people are simply using science and technology to change the nature of life. The key to this is to accomplish a breakthrough in the evolution of technology. With this in mind, the problem of science among society is one that cuts a wide swath through a wide collection of subjects. Science does not always work properly as required for a specific group of people or a given population. Today, people have adopted science as a way to supplement their own technology. With advancements in technology, the world is now more advanced than it was before with respect to science and technology. In researching for my classroom assignment, I came across numerous dilemmas such as gender issues, ethics, and religious implications in research. These two problems are discussed more in-depth in this essay.

At the beginning of my research, I found the studies that are published to analyze the role of science in everyday life. The role of science is an interesting topic as it is a key function of modern-day society. In the modern world, people are currently working in the field of science in the hope of developing technological advancements. Religion plays a key role in research as they study religion and rules for society. For instance, the Bible admonishes people to avoid murder because it goes against the natural laws of nature. But on the other hand, research as a way to study God’s gift of life is seen as a compliment of God and divine intervention as stated by biblical laws. By looking at the bible as a source of religion and the role of religion in some of the discoveries made in science, I was able to determine how the studies of religious implications to science could possibly influence research.

On the other hand, I discovered several articles that are not restricted by religion but are still critical in the generation of technologies and advancements. In an article by Matthew Paterson and Hildegard Luckert, they discuss the moral implications of research on the subject of science. Science is viewed as a way of healing nature that humans have but sometimes is seen in that form of scientific advancement, research, or development of scientific studies. Some humans, including different religions, view it as an improvement to something that existed before. In the real world, humans continue to come up with more ways to improve nature through science. Another is to enhance human life, enhancing humanity’s own standards. These two paragraphs help me understand why other studies on religious implications could possibly have an effect on research.

Therefore, they helped explain my findings and provide me with the scientific and philosophical details for an overall understanding of research and its moral implications. In the first paragraphs, I said that technological advancements are the key to building new advancements to enhance human life and seek the holy grail of knowledge. In the second paragraph, I researched the aspects of the Bible and how it had an effect on what it stood for. Research eventually made me realize that religious procedures are incorporated in science but not conclusive. This is due to the need for scientific processes to parallel further research in order to make scientific discoveries. I also uncovered that research is an effort toward discovery. This means that research involves the testing of theories and models on human knowledge to replace their original forms of knowledge with emerging technologies. This is one of the most fascinating topics in the field of science. Scientists want to find ways to find out if they can better explain or duplicate them with the current forms of technology available. In essence, it is vital to be able to test theories and findings for further investigation to make correct conclusions. However, some of the results are also important to more vivid in understanding how the issues mentioned in this article play a role in research. At the beginning of my research, I already said that modern technology was found to be immensely useful in the modern world with advancements in technology. This statement was proven in my class today as my peers were able to validate my statement by looking at a particular instance that was not attributed to science but to current social standards and the impact that will have on people. With reference to William Shatner’s proposal of the Turing Test, I read the research that showed and analyzed various studies that were published that point to significant evidence. I found them helpful for the value and significance of studies that have the perspective and ethics of research.

In conclusion, research studies have had effects on society and technology as scientific methodologies are inherited from religion. While religion may not impact studies on the purpose or meaning of research studies, scholars generally base their ideas on religious theories. Research studies are not limited to religion and they range from scientific methods to religion. The extent of what these studies provide depends on how they contribute to better-established scientific theories or scientific standards.

I hope that what I learned in this class will help me write a better essay that illustrates the limitations of theories in a way that is coherent and easier to read for my thesis essay.
